Mobility issues are not just limited to those who reach their 90's or even 100 like my parents. A good friend in the business who is in his 80's is very active and mobile; but as he looks around his neighborhood, many have trouble accessing their cars for healthcare appointments and seeing family and friends. Plus, of course, there are those health challenges that sometimes catch us when we are younger.
